All About Me Project---Becky D.

OUTSIDE
My Family consists of my mom, dad, brother, and sister. Jordan is my brother. He is sixteen and he is a Sophomore in High School. My sister’s name is Kaitie, she is in sixth grade and has just turned twelve. I’m the middle child in my family. I’m thirteen and I’m in eighth grade. Another important part of my family are my dogs. I have two dogs my first one is Nick he is a yorkie poodle schnauzer, he is about two years old. My other dog is Cole my family recently got him, and he is about 7 months old. Cole is a cocker spaniel.
Some Inherited features that I have got from my family are my blue eyes. Nobody else in my family has blue eye, but when my mom was younger she had blue eyes also but then hers changed to hazel. I hope mine don’t change, and that is why I put a picture of a blue eye on my power point. I also put a bottle of contact solution on it because I wear contacts. Both of my parents have glasses or contacts and so does my brother and sister, but my brother has the best eyes in my family. Everyone in my family is right handed so that is why I put a right hand on it. I put a picture of grass on the power point because I have allergies when I am outside from all of the pollen and things flying through the air.
Products that I use are Garner Fructis for my shampoo and conditioner because that is the brand I use. I put pictures of Maybeline and Clinque make-up pictures because most of my make-up is from those brands. I have a picture of the stores Aeropostal and Wet Seal because those are two of my favorite stores.
Some social things that I do are go to basketball games and that is why I put in a picture of a basketball. I put in a picture of music notes because when me and my friends are together we listen to music. I have a picture of pom-poms because I am on the poms team at school. I also have a picture of a cell phone because that is the main thing I communicate with. I also have word bubbles with texts that I would send my friends.
A few Talents, Skills, and Abilities are skating. I used to be on a synchronized skating team and I put a picture of my old team on there to show that I still skate now. I have a picture of a smiley face with a camera because I am into photography and I love to have a camera and take pictures of my surroundings. I have a picture of a microphone because I like to sing. I have the words hip-hop written across a wall because I like to dance and hip-hop is my favorite type of dance.

Future plans that I have are to get married and that is why I put a picture of wedding rings for this section. I have a picture of a stork and a baby because I plan on having children in the future. When I grow up I may want to be a teacher so that is why I put in a picture of a teacher. A subject I may want to teach or do more with is history, and that is why I put in a picture of the declaration of independence and a skull. Something I want to also do is travel and that is why I have a picture of a boat. I have a picture of a pyramid because I want to be able to travel to the Egyptian pyramids.
Some things that I love to eat is chocolate and that is why I have a chocolate bar on the page. My favorite type of chips are Deep River Snacks’ zesty jalapeño chips, and that is why I have a picture of that. I have a picture of a lobster because that is one of my favorite meals to eat. I have a picture of Panera Bread because that is one of my favorite places to eat.
Some pet peeves that I have are large dogs. When I was younger I thought that large dogs hated me because they always tried to bite me, and that is why I have a picture of a big dog. I have a picture of a spider because I don’t like them because I think they are gross and nasty. I have a picture of a white van because I feel like if I see one pass me when I am out with my friends that I will be taken in one.
Some of my favorite movies are Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory, and Night at the Roxbury and that is why I have a picture of these movies. I love crayons especially the Crayola 64 pack with the sharpener and that is why I put that picture on my power point. I have the number 23 on my page because 23 is my lucky number. I have the song Pursuit of Happiness by Kid Cudi because that is my favorite song right now. I have a picture of a long neck dinosaur because that is my favorite dinosaur/animal.
Something that makes me happy are my friends, and that is why I have a picture with a few of my friends. I hate being hurt from the inside and out and that is why I have a picture of a smiley face that is sad and not very smiley. When I feel bad one thing that makes me happy is music, because I can dance, sing, and listen to it and that’s why it makes me feel better.
A few life experiences that I have had are like when I went to Tennessee for a skating competition. While I was there me and my mom took a stop at Graceland to see Elvis’s house, that is why I have a picture of the house. Another place that I have been in is Colorado. I got to hike up the mountains with my family and my aunt and uncle, and I also got to ski down the slopes, and that is why I have a picture of the Rocky Mountains and a picture of a person skiing. One last place that I have gone is Idaho. I went there once with my dad for a principal’s meeting when he worked at Waukesha West High School. That was the first place I had ever skated, and it made a large impact of my life. Idaho is known for potatoes, and that is why I put a picture of a potato.
I am a special girl and certainly one of a kind. I have my own interests and my own thoughts. I am a independent girl and have fun in my own way. I love my friends and family and always want to make everyone else happy before myself. I am Becky Daul and I am one in a million.

Personality Project Essay-Brad Nagel
Personality Project Essay
I put a picture of pets with a cross through it because my family has no pets. My dad is allergic to a lot of pets and I’m allergic to cats. The picture of the family with four people resembles my family. In my family I have sister, mom and dad like shown in the picture. My family and I also like to go boating a lot which is why I put on the picture of the boat. Every summer we go up to Minocqua for a week and go boating the whole time.
The picture of the blue eye on my power point is there because I have blue eyes along with my mom, dad, and sister. I’m also pretty short compared to most people in my grade which is why I have an arrow pointing toward a short person. My mom is also short which is probably why I am short. Lastly, the box of the color brown represents that I have brown hair. Again I probably have brown hair because my mom has brown hair too.
Nike is a brand that I wear a lot which is why I put a picture of Nike’s logo on my power point. I wear Nike shirts, pants, and shown in the other picture-shoes. I always buy Nike shox or Nike airmax shoes. Right now I have Nike airmax 360’s which are the shoes in the picture. The picture of the Wisconsin badger sweatshirt is there for two reasons. One reason is because I like to wear Wisconsin badger clothing but the main reason why it is on my presentation is because I love to wear sweatshirts.
Many of my inherited traits come from my dad. My dad and I both have asthma which is why there is an inhaler. Both of us also have bad eyesight too. However, I have contacts but my dad has glasses. I like contacts a lot more than glasses because I think I look better without glasses and contacts don’t get in the way of sports like glasses do. The arrow pointing to the right hand shows that I’m right handed. Everybody in my family is right handed along with me, but I’m left footed which is pretty weird.
My social behavior is almost completely sports. The football is there to show that I enjoy playing football with friends for fun. Football is my favorite sport that I don’t actually play with a team or in a league. Soccer on the other hand I do play with a team. Soccer is my overall favorite sport. My team is really good and we win our league a lot. Another game that I enjoy is basketball. Most of my friends play basketball with me which is one of the reasons why I like it so much.
My talents, skills, and abilities are all things that I really enjoy doing. One of my abilities is wakeboarding which is really fun to do. I love jumping over the wake of the boat. Another one of my talents is being able to ski. Skiing is something that I enjoy doing with my family. Sometimes we go to Colorado on vacation to ski on the mountains. Jet skiing is another skill and ability. Whenever I jet ski I try to jump over the waves as high as I can and I try to go as fast as I can too.
The picture of the “W” for the university of Madison, Wisconsin is on my presentation because I hope to go to Madison for college. Another one of my future plans is shown through the picture of the people getting married. When I get married I plan to get married. After I get married I also plan to have kids which is why I have the picture of the baby. I want to have two kids because I think a four person family is perfect for everything.
I put in the picture of the sushi because one of my favorite foods is sushi. My whole family loves sushi so we go out for it a lot. Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite restaurant which is why I put a picture of their logo on my power point. When I go there I order the mango habanero sauce because it is really spicy and tastes really good. My least favorite food is onions which is why I put an X through the onion. I hate all foods that have onions in them.
The picture of the explosion is a picture of a nuclear bomb going off and it is on my power point because I'm scared of nuclear war. At any time the world could go into a nuclear war and the world could end. Another picture is the picture of the kid with homework in front of him. This is there because my biggest pet peeve is getting homework. I hate it when I leave school but then have to go home and do more school work. Lastly, sharks are something that I'm afraid of when I swim in the ocean which is why I have a picture of a shark.
I have many favorite things, but three of my most favorite things are going to sporting events, watching my favorite basketball player Brandon Jennings, and listening to my favorite singer, Kid Cudi. The picture of the guy on the right is Kid Cudi and he is currently my favorite artist, but that changes pretty often. On the other side of the slide is a picture of a basketball player. He's is my favorite player, and his name is Brandon Jennings. This year he is a rookie for the bucks. Going to sporting events is also something that I extremely enjoy doing with friends. This year I've been to like 5 bucks games, a few Marquette games, and a badger game.
Right now my emotions and feelings are really good. I'm almost always happy when I'm with my friends. With my friends I always laugh a ton which is why I have the picture of the laughing smiley face. My other picture which is of a mad face is because I get mad when I get injured. Injuries make me mad because then I can’t play in any sports.
So far in my life I've had a lot of really good life experiences, and not too severe bad ones. One bad life experience that I had was I broke my foot in kindergarten because I jumped down a whole staircase and the stairs were cement. I'm not really sure what I was thinking, A good life experience was when I got a game winning goal in soccer. The game went down to penalty kicks and I got the game winning kick which was a really cool experience. Another really good life experience was when I went to Florida with my cousin. We had a really fun time the whole week and went swimming a ton. A shark even swam up to us which was pretty scary but cool at the same time. I've had a lot of good life experiences.
Doing this project on my laptop was really fun, and seems a lot easier than cutting out magazine pictures. However, the laptops have many problems and break easily so it’s easy to fall behind which is what happened to me. Overall I liked using my laptop for the project though. I was very happy when we got the option to use them, and I think the project looks cooler in the end too.

F/ce Project

Family- This is my writing on the power point on my personality box categories. This first box was my family, my family is very full of love. I have a older sister that just turned 18 and going to Steven’s Point, my mom Carolyn who is 43 and is a eye doctor, an my dad (Jeff) is also 43 and is a meat cutter. And finial me, I’m 14 and love basketball. Also my family always have good dinners mostly every night around 6.
Inherited features- My second slid (inherited features), I have brown hair most likely because my dad and sister and mom have brown hair. My hair is always short because I hate when it’s long even though I never had it long. Also I have big hands which I’m not sure where I get them, because my parents don’t have big hands. I have bright blue eyes and a weird spot in the pupil of a small orange spot, me and sister are the only ones that I know that have this.
Outer appearance- My outer appearance, which is what I all wear or use every day. I shower ever day and use baby don’t cry shampoo. I don’t know why I use this but me and my sister just love the small and also it doesn’t heart when it gets in your eyes. One of my favorite stores to get nice clothes at are American Eagle, I wear American Eagle clothes a lot around different seasons and I also wear their cologne . My all time favorite is any Nike products, this is what I have the most of at my house. And then sometimes I well get my deodorants at Walmart because they’re very good price.

My social behavior- has to do a lot with basketball saying that my role models are Derrick Rose who plays for the Bulls, and one of the best players ever to play, Oscar Robertson who played for the Bucks. My favorite singer is Kid Cudi who is a rapper and grew up in Cleveland. Paintballing is one of my favorite hobbies to play, I have my own paintball gun at home and I use it often in the summer with friends. Of course almost every boy has a favorite video game and my favorite is 2k10 which has to involve basketball.
I have many talents, skills and abilities- One of my most favorite is hunting with my dad, we go on private land and we hunt for turkey and deer, and someday I want to go for something out of state. I’m pretty fast compared to most people in our grade and I’m going to be involved in track this year. Also I love the game of football to play and watch, and I’ll be playing high school football next year.
Future plans- Couple of my future plans are to meet Taylor Swift because she is my favorite country singer and will always be. I really want to go to Kentucky for college because of their basketball team but there is about no chance for me going there for that, also you need excellent grades. Another of my future plans is to have a big house with tons of land because I always wanted to live on tons of land.
Eating habits- I love chocolate milk same with many other of my family members . Also my favorite fries are at Wendy’s, so I love to go there and get fries, and also taco bell is on of my favorites also because I love tacos same with every one of else in my family, we have tacos a lot for dinner too.
Fears and pet peeves- One of my worst pet peeves are defiantly spiders, I don’t know what makes me hate them so much but I really don’t like them. Also I hate bees to, bees just get really annoying because in summer they can really bother people. Snakes are also my fear, I’m not sure why I’m just not a fan of them.
Favorites- My favorite type of meal is baby back ribs. Everyone loves them in my family, same with me. Also I love orange juice, because it has a great taste and a lot of sugar. Also I can’t go out with chewing gum. I always have gum either with me or get it from friends every day.
Emotions and feeling- I’m a very happy boy and don’t usually get mad that easy. Same with many other people in my family. Also whenever I get subway I usually happy because subway is probably my favorite. I’m the type of boy that loves shoes and love to get different ones every other month. So when I’m in footlocker I just love it.
Life experiences- Because I love basketball so much, I have many trophies because of select and other teams. I love to be on a basketball court practicing and playing. Also my family use to go to mexico every year. But now we stop because me and my sister are getting older.

Personality Box

In my personality box I talk about a lot of things like my future plans. The inside are things that people cannot see like life experiences and favorites.
My first slide was my future plans. When I gradate high school I plan on going to WCTC and getting a degree in police field or in firefighting. I plan getting a house my grandparents’ house on Pewaukee lake. I hope to get married and have kids.
My second slide For the inside of me is my favorites. One of my favorite thing to do is make things out of wood. My favorite session is whiter because every whiter me and my grandparents go down to Florida. My favorite holiday is thanksgiving because the how family gets to gather for dinner at my grate ants.
The last slide for the inside of me is my life experiences. The one thing I look forward to every winter is going to Florida with my family we all go to my grandparents house that they have in napes. Last year we want to the ever glades and went on a air boat tour. My most favorite trip was when I went to the Kennedy space center we took a bus tour there and so a space on the launch pad. We almost so the space go off but it was censed at the last minute because off the wind.
The outside off me is people see like talents ,skills and abilities and my pets. My first slide for the outside of me is my pets I have six cats izabell who is a black cat, angle who is a gray and white cat, b who is a white cat, Toby who is a buff tabby, ceara who is a steel Pont Siamese and final lucky who was a stray that my mom found and if she wouldn’t have brought him home he wound have died be he was very sick. He is a tabby white.
The scented slide for the outside of me is inherited trades. I get my glass for my mom and dad. I get my eye color for my mom. I am right handed with I got for my mom.
The thread slide for the outside of me is Talents, skills and abilities one of them is hockey I played hokey for some years I was pretty good. Some other thing I am good at is skiing I am not that good yet but it something that I like at lot I wish that we could ski In the summer I hate how you can only ski in the winter. One thing I am very good at is cooking I love cooking it the one thing that I am good at. One thing I am pretty good at is making mode airplanes.
The hard slide I think was my pets because I had to find a pic of all my cats. I liked doing a power point in steed of the box because it was a lot easier.

Slide #1 Family
I do not have a really big family, I have an average sized family. In my family I have one dad, one mom, and one sister. For pets I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My dogs names are Zeus and Lucy and my cats names are Oreo and Punkin. My Mom’s name is Janice and my Dad’s name is Mathew. My sisters name is Nicole and she is 19 years old.
Slide #2 Inherited Features
For inherited features, I got my brown eyes from my mom, my blonde hair from my dad, and my tallness from my dad. Me and my sister are both tall, blonde, and have brown eyes. My mom, is short and has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Slide #3 Outer Appearance
For shampoo, I use a lot of different things but the two that I use the most are Herbal Essences and Redkin. Some stores I like are H&M, Forever 21, and Wal-Mart (: But I also shop at many other different ones too. Some brand names I like are Louis Vitton, Coach, Juicy Couture, and way more.

Everyone in my family wears glasses. Luckily, for me I do not need them. Also, a lot of members in my family have allergies to dust, pollen, nuts, and more. I do not have any of those allergies. Every single one of my family members are left handed. But strangely I am right handed.

I have a lot of role models. But two of them are Taylor Lautner and Lady GaGa. Taylor Lautner is a great actor and I definitely look up to him. Lady GaGa is one of my role models because I love her sense of fashion and she is a great singer. I also love to dance and my favorite team is the Vikings.

One of my talents is cheering. I love to cheer. I have been doing cheerleading since 5th grade and I plan to continue to cheer. I also love to swim. Every time I get a chance to swim, I will. Another one of my talents are art. I am very artistic and I love to draw, and paint.

First of all, I want to graduate high school and college and get a degree in the medical field so I can be a doctor or a nurse when I grow up. After that I plan to get married (to Justin Bieber) and buy a house and raise a family.

I think its rude and that they can tell each other later when no one is around.

One of the events that I will remember that happened most in my life is meeting one of my favorite singers, Justin Bieber. I went to his concert and afterwards, got to go back stage and meet him. A couple other things that I will always remember is going to the All Time Low and Owl City concerts. They are my favorite bands and they did a great job performing. The vacation that I will remember most is going to Cancun, Mexico. I went there with my family in 5th grade and had the time of my life. It was super warm and the water was a clear crystal blue and there were palm trees everywhere. I will always remember all of those events.

What makes me really sad is when people fight. I hate when people fight and I hate it when I see someone get hurt. But what makes me happy is having my friends and family by my side. I do not know how I could live without them because they are always there for me and have my back They are my life.

My family: I put my brother, me and a working man and dad on there because I have a working mom and dad. They both work and come home around 5 to 8. My dad works as an estimater over at a sign componey called Pobloki Sign Componey. My mom is a lawyer and normally comes home at 8 but sometimes she doesn’t come home until then next day. My brother because he is my bro he went to Boise and now he is almost famous around pewuakee.
My features: I put blonde hair, blue eyes, and have no glasses. The reason I put blonde in there because in my family there is just me and my mom that had blonde hair but it is a dirty blonde so darker blonde color. The blue eyes are just what I was born with nothing special there. The glasses are just then I am just born with good vision and don’t need glasses.
My skills and abilities: I play the trombone and PS2 also I like to do cross country. The trombone is my favorite instrument in band because it is an interesting instrument. The PS2 is the only good console that I have that never crashes like my computer and Wii. Also I’ll never get bored of it like the Wii. Cross country because it doesn’t take skill all you just run the whole time. It is also a good time waster and you can meet new people while racing.
Social Behavior: I put band, Skype, and, my space on the slide. Band because you can go to band trips and have competitions and meet new people. Skype because I can talk with microphone text and webcam and you can talk in a group and it is better than Facebook. My space it is like Facebook but you can change your profile background and can favorite music.

Eating habits: I posted Ramen, cheesy hash browns, and Mountain Dew. Ramen because when I first tried it I was attracted to it now I am eating it when my home alone on the weekend or just because I want to. Cheesy hash browns because I eat all from my plate. Mountain dew because when I was 6 or 7 I drank mountain dew for the first time and I was attracted to it and I still drink it today.
Favorites: I put The Police, Full metal Alchemist, and Need for Speed Most Wanted. My throwback career started when I heard of The Police. After I heard them I just listened to old music and grow into today’s music. My favorite show is and anime called Full Metal Alchemist. I started watching it when it was on TV in 2008 and now I finished it online. Now I’m onto other animes online. Need for Speed Most Wanted as you can tell it is a street racing game. I got into it when my bro finished it and I just got hooked into it ever since.
Fears and Pet Peeves: I posted on there, Jeremy calling me Landy, a judge, and a clown. Jeremy calling me Landy is some jokes my friend made and now Jeremy is just annoying me ever since he heard of it (2009). A judge is another pet peeve of mine I hate it when people just judge me of my appearance, friends and the stuff I like and listen to. A fear of mine is clowns because of their masks it makes them happy, sad, and evil. Also the masks are creepy when you see the evil face.
My future plans are to play the bass, get a degree for film directing and film movies. I started playing the bass in 2009 and the person who inspired me to play is Sting. The degree in directing leads to the filming industry. So I have to go to college and get a degree in film making /directing.
What I say to this project is that you should not change anything. The power point part of it is a good idea and should stay. The paper I say you should lower the paragraphs to four the intro, the outside, the inside, and the conclusion.

For my first slide about my family, I put three pictures. The first, was a picture of a Newfoundland dog. His name is Otis and he belongs to my grandparents. Everyone says they hate him just because he drools, but I don’t believe them; He’s just a big bear. The second picture that I put on this slide was a picture of a Chihuahua puppy. My mom and I own two adult Chihuahuas and our female, Pixie, has had three litters of puppies. Our dogs mean a lot to the family over the years. The last picture I have is a picture of a family holding hands. I chose this picture, because our family is very close and even though we fight sometimes, we always end up together again.
My second slide explains my inherited features. I inherited my blue-green eyes from my mom’s side of the family. My father does have blue eyes, but they look a lot different from mine. I also inherit my short height from my parents, explaining the measuring stick on my presentation. Another thing I inherited from both my parents is my sandy-blond hair color, though people don’t always seem to think so since both my mom and I dye our hair different colors.
The third slide in my presentation defines my outer appearance; it shows the stuff I’m interested in wearing. The first picture shows a weird sort of plad half-jacket which I actually own in a different color. The second image shows a black, knee-length dress with pink flowers. It’s definitely something I would wear to a special occasion. The third picture shows Herbal Essence shampoo, which I happen to use.
In my fourth slide, it shows my inherited traits. The first image is colored contacts’ cases. My sight is absolutely terrible and I get that from my dad. The second image is a girl splashing her face with water indicating I get my skin type from my mom. Actually, it’s in between my mom’s and my dad’s skin type. My mom had very clear skin and my dad had just a few blemishes in school. My last photo for this slide was showing that I inherited being right-handed from my parents.
My fourth slide shows my social behaviors. I have a picture of a bunch of books. It shows that I’m so much into reading sometimes that I don’t have time to chat with friends, because I get so caught up in my books. The second image shows a school building showing that I mostly communicate with my friends during school hours. The third picture shows a few girls getting together at a small pool. My friends and I love to go out all together in the summer more than in the winter.
The fifth slide shows the things I’m good at; my talents, skills, and abilities. The first picture shows a girl up in her Pointe shoes. I actually just started Pointe, but I’ve been in Ballet for almost twelve years. The second image shows a painting of flowers. I love to paint, but more into Van Gogh and such. My one art piece, my impression of the Starry Night, is actually going to be in the Pewaukee Art Show.
For my sixth slide, about my future plans, I have four images. The first is showing a notebook and a few pens. I definitely want to publish one of my books when I finish one, because writing is my passion. My second photo shows the inside of a beauty parlor. I wasn’t interested in hair and makeup until recently over Christmas break; now, I’m pretty sure I want to try beauty school and perhaps buy my own salon. I also have a picture of a degree on this slide showing that I want to go to college, though I’m not sure which yet being so young still. The last photo on this slide is a pair of wedding rings showing that I definitely want to get married some day.
My seventh slide shows my eating habits. The first image is a slice of cake. If you ask any of my cousins or my best friend, they will tell you I’m almost obsessed with cake; they might tell you that cake’s the only reason why I show up at birthday parties. The second image on this slide shows a picture of the Texas Road House, which is one of my favorite restaurants for a number of reasons. The third picture shows a clock showing the time of five o’clock. This is the normal time that I eat dinner.
The eighth slide in my presentation explains my fears. The first image shows that I’m afraid of drowning. It is one hundred percent my number one fear. It’s difficult to explain why. Same for my other picture of heights, but I figure it’s falling that frightens me. Though, I’m not the only one who’s afraid of heights and drowning.
In the ninth slide of my presentation, it shows my favorite things. Four has been my favorite number forever. Purple is my favorite color. I love sunsets which is why that picture is on there. And finally, my favorite album is Brand New Eyes by Paramore.
My last slide is showing that reading and writing is what makes me happy. I don’t do much else besides that. This is the slide-show all about me.

Everyone inherits things from their families – objects, money, and, most commonly, genes. Going through the day, you see people with red hair, blonde hair, brown hair, blue eyes, brown eyes, and many other different features. Imagine what people wonder as they see you day by day. Questions running through their heads like, “Where did she get those pretty green eyes?” or “How did she get so tall?” These things are part of what makes individual people who they are, but each person also is defined by their favorites, looks, talents, and many other things.
Every person’s family is different and unique in their own special ways. When I look at my family, sometimes I wonder if they are actually my family. Usually my mom is normal – when she’s around people, at least. My mom can get a little crazy at times, but having her home all the time is calming to me. Seeing as my mom is a stay at home mom, she’s always there to confide in and talk to. Aside from my mom, my dad is also very unique. Since he works as a dentist, he’s usually not home until around seven at night. My dad gets crazy when he’s around me and my brother, and he makes it very obvious that one of his favorite things to do is tease us. It’s always nice to have someone that will always be there for you but will also have fun with you; that person for me is my brother. He always knows when is the right time to mess around but he is the only person that I can trust with anything. Sixth graders are always really entertaining! To complete our family, we have a lovable fur ball sheltie named Bailey. He’ll always want to play and never runs out of energy. Like many other families, our family has many traditions, but one specific one is making reubens every St. Patrick’s Day. Besides being like my family, I also inherited some of my family’s features.
Sometimes I wonder what I would look like if I didn’t have brown hair or brown eyes. From my dad I inherited pretty brown eyes and a big nose. I don’t like the big nose so much but I like the color of my eyes. Somehow I got brown hair, but I honestly don’t know where I got it from, seeing as my mom has blonde hair and my dad has black hair. Both of my parents are about average height, but my dad is a bit taller than my mom so I think that I got my height of 5’3” from my mom. The last picture on my slide shows Arnold Schwarzenegger showing his muscles and an “x” over it. This represents that I am not very strong since I don’t work out and I don’t really have muscle in my arms. Even though I don’t have muscle in my arms, though, I have a lot of muscle in my legs since I dance and my mom has the same build in her legs. To accent how I look, the clothes I wear and the products I use add to my appearance.
Do you ever think about what type of shampoo your friends wear or where they buy their clothes? When I wake up in the morning, I anticipate smelling the apple scent of my Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner in my hair. Looking through my closet, I find a lot of Miley Cyrus Max Azria clothes and even more Aeropostale shirts and sweatshirts. Whenever I go shopping, I’d either want to shop at Walmart or Aeropostale so I could buy my favorite clothes. Besides these clothes, I also like other types of clothes but those are the clothes that I most commonly buy. Like the phrase “diamonds are a girl’s best friend”, I would say that necklaces are my favorite obsession. Not wearing a necklace every day, specifically my gorgeous cross necklace, would feel weird to me. Aside from wearing these clothes and this jewelry, the traits that I’ve inherited from my parents also make me different from everybody else.
Even though sometimes I wish that I don’t have some of the traits that I have, I am proud of the family that I come from. One of the biggest things that I always wish that I didn’t have was bad vision. Wearing glasses or contacts every day can be a huge hassle, seeing as you can lose them or break them. Gladly, though, I didn’t get allergies even though my mom and my brother both have them. Another thing that I am proud of inheriting, from my dad, is tan skin. People always think that I tan or go on vacation, but it’s the natural color of my skin. Unlike my brother and my mom, my dominant hand is my right hand. Personally, I think that I am lucky to be dominant with that hand because sometimes being left-handed is harder than being right-handed. Although I have many inherited traits and looks, they don’t seem to reflect my social behavior at all.
Many people are seen every day walking around with phones in hand or sitting at home playing video games. Like many other teenagers, one of the things that I do a lot is text my friends before and after school. My brother is really nice and fun, but one of the things that annoys me the most about him is that he plays video games so much. The only game that I’ll play with him – that I actually like – is called Mortal Kombat. After school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I go to Pirate Dancers, which is very much like poms. Since I’ve been in dance for almost nine years, I love going to dance. Even though I do like Pirate Dance, I like going to my dance studio a little bit better. Finally, the last picture on my social behavior slide is Nick Jonas. I put him on this slide because he is one of my role models. Living every day with diabetes, Nick shows that you should just carry on with life even though it may be hard sometimes. When I think of all of the things that he’s achieved, I truly see him as one of the people that I most look up to. Just like he has many different talents, I happen to have some talents of my own.
Looking around my room, I see my dance shoes on the floor, my camera on my window seat, and pictures on my walls. These things greatly reflect some of the things that I love to do. One of my absolute favorite things to do – that I’m actually good at – is dance. Being in dance for nearly nine years got me hooked on it. My favorite styles are tap and contemporary, but I am only doing hip hop and ballet right now. Another thing that I love to do is take pictures on my phone and my camera. If someone were to look at the pictures on my phone and camera, they would find nearly 1,500 on my phone and almost 200 on my camera. Thirdly, I love to babysit. Whenever I see little kids, I fall in love with them. They are all the most adorable things! Speaking of babies, they play a big part in my future plans.
Not only do I want kids in the future, but they are also a huge part of the job that I want. When I finish at least twelve years of college, I want to be a neonatologist. Whenever I say this I get the response, “A neona-what?” A neonatologist is a baby doctor that works with extremely sick babies in danger of dying. Even though this may sound said, I know that they could lose their lives, but I am also able to save them. Besides my job, I am definitely going to get married and I hope to have twin babies. Seeing as my mom is a twin and it runs in every other generation, I have a high chance of having twins. If I had twins, I think I would be the happiest person in the world; at least, until I actually have them. Aside from what I want to do in the future, I also have very interesting eating habits.
When people ask you what your favorite restaurant is, do a thousand places run through your mind all at once? If I’m asked this question, the two things that pop into my mind are Taco Bell and Noodles and Company. Though these places are easy and quick, some of the selections there are delicious. Even though I hate hamburger meat, I can get different things without meat at Taco Bell! Taco Bell and Noodles and Company are my favorite easily accessible restaurants, but the one place that I would love to have closer is Inn at Kristofer’s, an elegant restaurant in Door County. At Inn at Kristofer’s, I can get my favorite food in the whole world – steak. If I could eat steak for dinner every night, I would. Seeing that I love steak, there are also things that I don’t like in the world.
There is not one person in the world who fears nothing. I, personally, fear many things, but I there are two things that I fear the most - clowns and spiders. When I see one of these things, I get so scared. Some people don’t understand why I am so afraid of clowns, but knowing that there are so many scary clowns in stories and movies just moves into real life for me. Also, spiders are just scary and gross. One other thing that I fear – most likely along with many other people – is my report card. Though I know that I am a pretty good student, I can sometimes get paranoid about getting bad grades in some subjects. Along with things that I’m scared of, there’s also things that annoy me. The two things that annoy me the most are people telling secrets right in front of other people and cliques. When I see cliques at school, it annoys me because these girls are so involved with each other and won’t be involved with anyone else. Also, when people whisper in front of me, it annoys me because it feels like it’s about me. If you want to tell someone something, shouldn’t you just tell them when other people aren’t around? Even though I don’t like these things, I do have a lot of favorites.
Like many other people, I have a favorite for everything. For example, favorite color, band, store, etc. My absolute favorite band is the Jonas Brothers. If I could choose one band to listen to for the rest of my life, it would be the Jonas Brothers. Another thing that I love is the season fall. In fall, I have my birthday, Halloween, and the colors of the leaves are gorgeous. When I’m in my room at home, I can look around to see two of my favorite colors – purple and green. Also, my favorite number is 27 because my birthday is on October 27th. When I go to school, one of the classes that I anticipate the most is drama. Performing skits in front of people helps me gain confidence and it’s really fun. Sitting at home with nothing to do, the first thing that I would put on on TV would be So You Think You Can Dance. If that show isn’t on, I’ll put in the movie “17 Again” since it’s my favorite movie. All of these things are relaxing on a bad day, and some things will make me happy or sad.
Some of the things that make me happy or sad would be the same things that make some people feel that way, too. Firstly, two of the things that make me sad or angry, are gossip and fighting. Seeing people fight, or being in a fight, is upsetting. Also, gossip hurts a lot of feelings and spreads so much faster than it was started. If people could just stop gossiping, the world would be a much better place. Aside from things that make me upset, one of the things that makes me the happiest is friends and family. Being with my friends and family is the most reassuring thing in the world because you know that there’s always someone there for you to confide in. Having friends and family in your life and ridding of fighting and gossip is something in life that you can’t miss out on.
Life experiences will occur throughout the course of your life, and some of them may surprise you. Luckily, I’ve had many experiences that I’ll never forget. One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had was going to the Nick Jonas and the Administration concert with my mom, my friend, Clare, and Clare’s mom. Even though there was a lot of pushing and shoving and the quality of the music wasn’t so good, I still had an awesome time. Another concert that I’ve been to was So You Think You Can Dance on tour with Clare and her brother, Mike. Seeing some of my dance idols perform right in front of me was really cool. A third concert that I’ve been to was the Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus World Tour with Clare and Mike. When I went to see that concert, I didn’t like Miley Cyrus too much, but it was still a fun time. Over winter break on year, my family and I went to the Bahamas and stayed at the Atlantis hotel. Being in the warm weather and seeing all of the cool underwater animals was an amazing experience. Lastly, one of the experiences that changed my life the most was moving from New Berlin to Pewaukee. Little did I know that moving only fifteen minutes away would be so different. If I hadn’t moved, though, I would be such a different person.
Without going through the things that I’ve gone through throughout my life, I definitely wouldn’t be the same person. In doing this project, I realized that there are a lot of things that make me the person that I am. I liked that we got to do this project on the computers so that we could find the pictures that we needed on the internet and use our own pictures to explain our personalities. I would recommend that you do this project again next year because it was fun to be creative and be able to express yourself through pictures and words. I really liked this project and I would do it again if I could.

My fist slide is my family. My dad works as a cop at New Berlin. My mom works at ATT and she also sells queen of hearts jewelry. My brother plays JV basketball for the pirates. He also plays soccer for the pirates. I have many pets too but my favorite has to be my 3 year old German Sheppard Duke.
The second slide of my presentation is my outer appearance. The shampoo is use is Axe shampoo. My favorite brand of cloths is from the store the Buckle because they have really cool shirts. My favorite brand of shoe is Nike because they make a really cool shoe called hyper dunks. I also like shirts from American eagle because they have cool shirts too.
Social behavior is my third slide. The reason this is my third slide is because I enjoy snow mobiles .I also enjoy riding ATV’s playing basketball and going to shooting ranges. I enjoy these things because I get to hang with my friends and spend time with my dad. Going to shooting ranges is the best because I get to be with my dad for one thing and I also like to shoot a lot of different guns.
The next slide of my presentation is inherited traits. I have 20/20 vision, I also am right handed. Also I have no allergies. I think I inherited my skin type from my dad because we are both pretty tan. I don’t know who I inherited my 20/20 vision from because both my parents have to wear glasses sometimes.
Eating habits is my next slide. I hate broccoli because it looks nasty. I like to eat salads because I want to stay healthy. Occasionally I eat at fazoli’s because they have really good food.
My next slide is my favorites. My favorite number is 3 because Dwayne Wade is number 3 for the Miami Heat. Forever by Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Eminem is my favorite song because Eminem and Lil Wayne are my favorite rappers. My favorite season is summer because it is the month of my birthday.
The next slide on my list is Future plans. I plan on going to Marquette university and go on to the NBA and play for the Miami heat. I also want to become a cop for New Berlin because my dad works a police man there. The reason I want to become a cop is because you could earn a lot of money in one year if you just became part of the police force.
My emotions and feelings are next on my power point. I express my feelings with a sad happy or mad face. I am happy when I get money, gifts, iPod and good grades on home work and tests. I express my feelings with a sad face when I do bad on something, when a family member cousin or pet dies. Finally when I am angry I express my feelings with a mad face. Things that make me angry are if I get in trouble if I lose something valuable and if someone takes something of mine.
My life experiences that I most enjoyed would have to be when I went to Florida, the Bahamas, and Arizona. My favorite vacation of all is when I went to the Bahamas because I took a cruise ship all the way there. The vacation I least enjoyed was Florida because I was young and I don’t remember it.

Slide 3- Your Family:
In my family I have many people. I have actually a very big family. I have my mom Janan, my dad Steve, my sister Bridgette, my brothers Christian or C.J., Ryan, and Nick. And also, I will probably soon have a step dad and his name is Chad. I also have three family pets. I have two cats and one dog. My dogs name is Bernie, and my cats are Snickers and Lucy. My dad is 52, my mom is 40, my sister is 19, Christian will soon be 1 year old, Ryan is 11, Nick is 26, and Chad is 40. My family doesn’t really have any family traditions.
Slide 4- Inherited Features
I have inherited many things from my mom and from my dad. From my mom I inherited allergies mostly in the spring and summer, and being right handed. I inherited more from my dad. From my dad I inherited my blue eyes, my height, my built, and my blonde hair. One thing I have that neither of my parents had was 20/20 vision. Both my parents wear glasses and have worn them for a long time. My mom and dad both got glasses at a pretty young age. So, that is one thing I didn’t inherit but I am lucky to have.

For my outer appearance I wear/use many different things. To wash my hair/body I use axe products. Most of the clothes I wear are either Nike, or American Eagle or Aeropostale. I like to wear Nike clothes the most though because Nike is the best company that was ever made, and it is also always comfortable to wear. Also, a good place to shop is Wal-Mart. It has cheap stuff there that actually is not that bad at all.

I have three role models. They are LeBron James, Chris Johnson, and Lil Wayne. I admire LeBron James the most though because he has the greatest story of them all. A poor little ghetto kid to turn out to be the greatest athlete ever known to the world. I like Chris Johnson because he is a great athlete and never stops going he just gets the ball and keeps going no matter what. To be a second year player and have more rushing yards then everyone else in the NFL that is incredible. I admire Lil Wayne because he raps about everyday life and I think his music is amazing. He has relaxing music and has pump up music. He is talented in almost any kind of music. As you can see sports are a very important part of my life. I play basketball and football. I like both of them a lot. Another thing I use a lot is my phone and I pod touch. I use my phone a lot to text and talk to people and I use my I pod touch to listen to music and talk to people.

Something I do a lot besides sports is play video games. I play a lot of PS3. The game I play the most is Call Of Duty World At War. I love the game Nazi Zombies. That is easily the best game that has ever been created. Also, I play NBA Live and Madden a lot which are basketball and football games. But when I’m not playing video games I’m with friends, playing sports, or hanging with family.

In my future I want to either attend Oklahoma University, Alabama, or Notre Dame. Those are very big colleges but I have high expectations for myself. After going to college I would like to go to the NFL. I am supposed to be like 6 foot 5 so it is possible but it will have to take a lot of work to get there.

I have pretty good eating habits. At times I eat a lot of junk food, but at times I eat a lot of healthy food. My favorite foods are steak and cheeseburgers. I love meat and eat a lot of it so those are my two favorites. My favorite fruit is strawberries. My favorite vegetable is onions or celery. Something I love to drink is either skim milk, chocolate milk, or fruit smoothies.
Slide 11- Fears and Pet Peeves
I have four main fears. My biggest fear is of snakes. I think snakes are the nastiest thing I have ever seen. They are slimy and scary. Also, I think that spiders are nasty and scary. Especially when they are really big they are gross. I also don’t like Michael Jackson or Lady Gaga. Michael Jackson just looked creepy after all of his surgeries and Lady Gaga just has the weirdest outfits I have ever seen.
Slide 12- Favorites
My favorite color is the color red. I don’t know why I like the color red I just like it. I also like milk a lot for some reason, I just think it is very good. Also, I like LeBron James and Lil Wayne a ton. They are both very talented people.
Slide 13- Feeling and Emotions
I have 4 main feelings, happy/excited, sad, angry, and scared. My main are happy and sad. Things that make me happy are things like subway, and basketball or football. Things that make me sad are gym mats on the wall because of what I did to my hand. I punched a wall and ended up with a screw in my hand.
Slide 14- Life Experiences
My main life experiences are vacations I have been on. I have been to Florida, Mexico, Wisconsin Dells (not really a vacation) and Massachusetts. I will also soon probably be going to Puerto Rico. In Mexico I always lay around my hotel and on the beach. I also play beach volleyball and swim in the ocean. In Florida I go to Disney World and go on the rides and shop there. In the dells I go to the water parks and go on the water slides and swim in the pools.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I thought this was a very good project. It will help the teacher and everyone who is reading this get to know me better. I think this is a good project to carry onto future years.

Every Person is Different
Every person is different; Has different talents, traits, family members and stories that people might not understand or know. When you look at someone you automatically judge people by how they look like, what they’re wearing, what they’re doing ext. but each person has a story and a past that they can tell. You might also ask questions regarding to where they might have gotten their height, color of eye or hair. You might ask questions regarding their abilities that might have been passed down by a grandfather of mother. Each person is different and unique in their own way and I believe that there is a important reason why.
I was born October 31st 1995 with a sister already 2 years old with a shy personality named Jillian. Even though we fight many times a day we have some sort of bond that many do not recognize. My brother, Braden (Brady) was born when I was five and was the heaviest of us all when we were born by 3 extra pounds. (He was 9.5 pounds) He is full of energy and always makes me laugh even though he is near to annoying. My dad always makes me laugh while trying to act cool or sing the harmonies to a song. Surprisingly so, my dad belongs to a band called “Alter Ego” though he is nowhere close to the average rock star. My mom makes me feel so comfortable and happy when I’m around her. She always knows what to say to make me feel better. I just got a puppy 2 weeks ago. He is a “Teddy Bear” puppy also known as a bichon shitzu and his name is Henry. He is only 3.5 pounds but still has the energy and charisma of a large golden retriever. My family has always supported me and I don’t know what I would do without each one of them.
Blue eyes, long eyelashes, average height, hair color, eyebrow hair color and everything else about me was split surprisingly evenly between my mother and father. I get my eye color and long eyelashes from my dad’s side. My dad says my laugh is exactly like my Auntie Julie but I don’t hear it… My dad used to have blond eyebrows and for awhile I did too. I am starting to grow out of it like he did. (Thank goodness) My nose and eye shape is a lot like my mom. When my mom was in 1st grade she looked like she could have been my twin when I was younger. Many people say that I take after my mom’s side more than my dad’s while my sister takes after my dad’s more than my mom’s. Other people have mentioned that I am a good drawer and my dad used to draw and was very good at it. My grandfather also was very talented in that area and I believe some of those talents rubbed off on me. All people have noticed that they are like their relatives and as you can see, a lot about me is like mine.
Shopping is one of the my favorite things to do. I have so many stores and brands that I shop from and get many different and unique clothes. Some of the things people first notice about me is what I were and how I might act. I love shopping at Hollister because they always have a lot of beautiful dresses either that I can wear in the summer or the winter. What girl doesn’t love to shop? Many people judge a person by what they look like or what they wear but if you look deeper you may realize that person is totally different than they might seem like which can be good and surprisingly horrible.
My social behavior is like any other teenager I know. I love the artist Taylor Swift not so much because of her singing, but because of what she sings and how the lyrics seem to match how I sometimes feel. I also love to go to the movies with my friends in my spare time or play a game with my family. Right now my family is very interested in the game called Bananagrams . It’s a quick spelling game that is overwhelmingly fun. Most of all though, I love to be an athlete, dance, and play soccer. All of these things would be near to impossible to live without.
As you might have already noticed, I am very into sports and staying fit. I have done many sports but I think dancing is one of my top sports. I love expressing myself through dance and music. I have played softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and jumped hurtles in track. In soccer I play defense and sometimes striker and I was once the captain of my team. I love to play soccer and if I didn’t have it in my life I don’t know what I would do. I am very interested in sports and believe that I should work hard in everything I start to do.
Like almost anyone, I want to get married when I am older and have a family of my own. I would like to go to college and get a degree so I can manage my own home. I also want 3-4 kids in my family and maybe even a dog. All of this is in the far future but soon (March or April) I am trying out for the Pewaukee Poms for High School. I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old and my sister is also on the team. If I made the team, I would love to be in many competitions and maybe even win state! I would also like to make the Varsity Soccer Team when I am in High School because I love to play and would be proud to play on a team so successful and supportive of each other. All of these things are a big part of my dreams and things I want to accomplish in the near and far future.
This might sound very funny and weird but I have never had soda, mint (of any sort except toothpaste) nor gum. I don’t have a real reason except that I just don’t care for the taste or texture of them. I love chocolate though and would die if it didn’t exist in my life. My whole family loves the restaurant Qdoba and almost eat there every week. I also enjoy when my mom makes spaghetti for the family or I get to eat one of my favorite fruits which is pineapple. I love food and could eat all day if I wanted to.
Of course death is one of my biggest fears. Not so much because I, myself is afraid to die but I’m scared if someone I love will pass away. Any type of creepy crawlers that have too many eyes to count also very much creeps me out. I hate even talking about spiders because it reminds me of their long legs walking up my leg while I feel their weight shift as their claws dig into my skin…ew. One of my pet peeves is when anyone ties back their shirt to make it tighter around their body when they are about to play a sport. I think that you’re going to get sweaty and gross anyway… who cares how you look? Also any time I picture nails against a chalkboard, I have sharp shivers running down my spine telling me to stop picturing the uncomfortable sound that makes. As you can see I have many things that bother me but I tend not to dwell on the negatives and fears in life but to look forward to the positives and my accomplishments instead.
I have many favorite things that are in my life. Everyone has colors that they enjoy and mine happen to be the most girly; Pink I think is preppy and girly while purple and blue are more relaxing and comfortable. I also love the summertime when I get to see all these colors during a sunset. My soccer number is 20 because that is my favorite number. For some reason I love even numbers and I think that 20 just seems like a happy number to me. I love the shows Desperate Housewives and The Office because one is very entertaining and funny while the other is overwhelmingly filled with drama and suspense that you can’t wait to see what happens next. Last but not least, my favorite song artist is Taylor Swift because of her deep meaning in her lyrics and down to earth actions. I believe she is a great role model.
When expressing my emotions, I tend to dance them out. I usually just let myself go and dance what I feel. I also love to listen to music and sing my heart out until I feel better weather it is a sad song or a exciting song. Most of all I talk about my emotions and feeling to my family and friends whenever I feel down or in need of help. I don’t know what I would do without my family or friends to support me while I’m having my regular mood swings.
I am now 14 years old and have experienced many things that are both unbearably happy and incredibly sad. Even though I vaguely remember this, my brother was born on February 19th 2001 when I was at the age of 5. Although he might be annoying, I think he is one of my best friends. Two years ago, my family went to Mexico for Spring Break. I had such a fun time and it was such a great life experience. Not too long ago after 19 years, I had to put my cat Elliott down. He was very old and becoming sick and we thought it was best. It was a very hard time but we managed through it. Now, 2 weeks ago I got a puppy. His name is Henry and he is a teddy bear puppy and I know that Elliott would have liked him. (Maybe)
Everyone has experienced things and has gone through things although you would have never have known if you would have just looked at them. Everyone is different with their own type of personality, talents, and traits. As you can see my life is full of possibilities that not many are displayed to . I’m a very lucky girl with a family that loves me and a great future ahead.

In my family there are four people, my mom, my dad, my brother and I. We don’t have any pets. One of our family traditions is that we always go and get our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. Within a couple days we have decorated our tree. When putting the decorations on the tree we always put the angel on the tree. Since I was old enough every year I put the angel on our tree. Most of my mom’s side of the family lives close to us and they all live in Wisconsin. On my dad’s side of the family his parents live near us put his brother and sister live near Washington D.C.
Inherited Features:
My light brown wavy hair comes from my mom. We both have thick wavy naturally light brown hair. It also might come from my dad because he also has brown hair. Also my mom, brother, and I all have blue eyes while my dad has blue-gray eyes. Both my dad and I are tall, so I get my height from my dad.
Outer Appearance:
My favorite brand of clothes is American Eagle. I really like to wear skirts and dresses. The type of jewelry I like are dangly earrings and long necklaces. I use the TIGI Dumb Blonde shampoo which is specifically made for colored hair. I have to use this shampoo because I have my hair dyed.
Inherited Traits:
I have glasses which comes from both of my parents because they both wear contacts. I am right handed just like both of my parents. My parents and I all have fair skin that burns easily. Also I am slightly allergic to certain types in the spring.
Social Behavior:
I participate in Student Council. It is a good way to have fun with friends and make a difference in our school and community. Another thing I do is play soccer. Many of my friends also play soccer and we have a lot of fun. This year I also ran cross country which was a good way to stay in shape for soccer. Some of my friends were also in it and we got to talk and run at the same time.
Talents, Skills, and Abilities:
I have been playing piano since second grade. Another hobby I have is soccer. It is a year round sport and I love to play it. Also I really like to sing and act, and did the school musical last year and I plan on doing it again this year. Art is very fun to me, and I really like to paint and draw. Last year and this year I took art class and for mother’s day and my dad’s birthday last year I bought canvases and did splatter paintings for them.

Future Plans:
In the future I hope to go to Harvard Law School and become a lawyer. This is my dream job and I hope to achieve my dream of going to Harvard. After college I want to get married and have children. I really like kids and would want three or four kids.
Eating habits:
My favorite restaurant to eat at is The Cheesecake Factory. I really like their chicken salad sandwich and cheesecake. My favorite thing to eat is dark chocolate. It is my favorite junk food and I like it a lot. A food I don’t like is broccoli. Also I don’t like cauliflower. Rarely do I eat breakfast. The only time I usually eat breakfast is on a Saturday when I have time to.
Fears and Pet Peeves:
I am afraid of heights and try not to be anywhere that I have to look down while very high up. Roller coasters make me nervous because of my fear of heights. It bothers me when people walk slowly especially in crowded places. Also I am bothered by people who interrupt constantly and are annoying about it.
Favorites:
My favorite season is Spring because the flowers bloom and the sun shines. Also it isn’t too hot but it’s warm. The number given to me for soccer is 23 and it’s now my favorite number. I really like the color pink. Light pink is really pretty and bright pink is very energetic which is why I like them. Christmas is my favorite holiday because I get to spend a lot of time with my family. It’s also fun because I get to get gifts for everyone in my family and I really like to shop.
Emotions and Feelings:
I usually cannot hide my feelings very well. It makes me feel sad when I see people who are hurt or in pain. It makes me angry when someone is feeling left out and nobody is trying to make them feel better or be their friend. Sunny days make me happy especially the first day of Spring. The day that is really warm and sunshiny towards the end of Winter makes me happy because it means Spring is coming.
Life Experiences:
An important life event will be on my confirmation day. I have been going to Confirmation class for two years at my church and in May I will be confirmed. When I was a baby I lived in Franklin but when I was two we moved into Pewaukee. I was awarded a 1 last year at WSMA for my piano playing and a 2 for singing. This past year in soccer we were awarded two second place trophies. In another soccer tournament we got a second place t-shirt.
Conclusion:
I really liked this project. My favorite part was that we could put real pictures of our family on it. What I didn’t like was the paper we had to write. If it could have been shorter that would have been nice. You should definitely continue this project next year, on the computer.

My Family
The first picture on my family slide is a picture of a cabin. I put this on because every summer my family and I all go up north to our cabin, while we’re up there we do a lot of family bonding. Next I put a picture of a cat on my presentation because our family pet is a cat named Boots. The last picture I put on my family slide is a picture of a family picking out a Christmas tree. I added this picture because every year my family picks out our Christmas tree together.
Inherited Features
Next is my inherited features slide, the first picture on this slide is a green eyeball. This represents the fact that I inherited my green eyes from my mom and grandma. Another picture on this slide is of a girl with brunette hair and an arrow pointing towards it, this is showing that I have brunette hair that I inherited from my dad. The last picture is of a girl with an arrow and 5’8’’ next to it. That picture is symbolizing the fact that I am tall, this feature was inherited from my dad and grandpa.
Outer Appearance
There are many things to my outer appearance, one of them has to do with the eagle logo. The eagle logo represents American Eagle Outfitters, I put this on because a large portion of wardrobe is from that store. Next I put the picture of the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration on because that is the shampoo and conditioner I use every morning. The last picture I put on this slide is the picture of the hair straightener, due to the fact that on most days I straighten my hair before going to school.
Inherited Traits
I have inherited many traits from different parts of my family. For example, I have inherited very good eyesight from my grandma which is represented by the glasses with the slash through them. Another trait I have inherited from my father is the allergies I get every spring. The last picture of the right hand symbolizes the fact that I am right-handed, just like everyone else in my family.
Social Behavior
The first picture I put on this slide is of Taylor Swift. I chose to put a picture of her on because she is my role model, she seems very nice, and I love the sound of her voice. Next, I added the logo of Pewaukee High School to show that a large portion of my socializing is done at school, and at Pewaukee sporting events. The last picture I put on this slide is of a movie theater, this was put on because one of my favorite things to do with friends is go to movies.
Talents, Skills, & Abilities
When I created this slide the first thing that came to mind was horse-back riding. This came to mind because horse-back riding has been my hobby for about 5 years now, and I love doing it. Another thing that came to mind was basketball, because I’m in select I consider basketball an ability I have. The final thing I put on this slide is a trumpet for the reason that I learned to play trumpet in 5th grade, and yet I still remember how to play a few songs.
Future Plans
Out of the many plans I have for the future, I picked the three that are most important to me. The first one is represented by the m, it is the logo for Minnesota University which is the college I dream of attending. The next picture is of a women holding a cat, this is showing that I want to be a veterinarian when I grow up. The last picture is of a family, this is representing that after I get out of college and have a steady job I would really like to have a family.
Fears & Pet Peeves
When I was creating this slide I began by thinking about my pet peeves, and the first thing that came to mind was when people tell secrets to other people right in front of your face. This is one of my biggest pet peeves because to prevent it all someone would have to do is walk away and tell the secret in private, but most people don’t do this. A big fear I have is of spiders, they are disgusting creatures, and they crawl everywhere e you don’t want them to. The other fear I have is of failing test, it would be a complete nightmare if I got a test handed back that had an F on it.
Eating Habits
I have good and bad eating habits, an example of a bad one is that I don’t like vegetables; this is represented by the vegetables with the slash through them. A good eating habit I have is that my absolute favorite food are pomegranates, they are sweet and very tasty. The last eating habit I have is that I love T.G.I. Friday’s, every time my family and I go out to dinner I suggest going there.
Favorites
The first picture I put on this slide is of Taylor Lautner because he is my favorite actor, I really enjoy all the movies he is in. Next, I put on a picture of a Siberian Husky, for the reason that out of all animals I like these dogs the most. Another favorite I have is the number 14, this is my favorite number because it is the date I was born on in November, and it is also my basketball number for select. I also put on a picture of a child holding math signs because math is my favorite subject, I like it the most because I really enjoy the fact that math is either right or wrong, it is not based on opinion of your teacher. The last picture I put on this slide is of the Twilight series, I put this on because it is my all-time favorite book series.
Emotions
The first picture I put on this slide is the one of my friends and I, I chose this picture because just about every time I’m with my friends I am happier then I was a couple minutes before. After, I put on a picture of boxing gloves and a punching bag. I put this picture on because I feel boxing is a good way to get out your negative feelings, and it can also make your stress level go down. The final picture I put on is of a beach, I put this on because every single time I walk onto the sand of a beach it causes me to feel relaxed and calm because of the sound of the waves in the water.
Life Experiences
The life experience I remember the most has to do with the picture of the treadmill. When I was about 5 years old I was in a exercise room on a treadmill, then all of a sudden I decided it would be a good idea to put the dial all the way up to high. As I did this I fell on the treadmill and got cuts all over my body. The next picture of the basketball trophy is representing the day I got my first trophy for rec basketball, I was very proud of myself. The very last picture is of a girl cutting her own hair, which is unfortunately what I did when I was three, it was not a very good experience considering I got yelled at by my parents.
All in all I there were many things I really liked about this project. For example, it saved a lot of time that we didn’t have to do bibliographies, because those are very time consuming. I also liked that we got to use technology for this project, as I was doing it I found out new information about Power Point. Even though I liked most of this project the one thing I didn’t like is the writing. I understand that everyone has to know what the pictures mean, but writing a long essay sometimes causes students to lose interest in the project.

Personality Project Essay.
Family
My family consists of my mom, dad, two brothers, and one sister, also a dog. They are all in their twenties. Therefore I am the only one currently at home, with just my parents and dog. Our family has multiple traditions. For Christmas we have the tradition with my sister in law—my oldest brothers wife—plays piano every year. Also we always have a large get together for both my mom’s and dad’s side of the family’s. One other tradition we have is going on long hikes with our family friends. Besides traditions we also have things our family loves to do. Up-North we have a cottage and land on Boulder Lake. We all love going up there during the warmer seasons of the year. Lastly, our family enjoys traveling to different places in the states. Specifically going to ski resorts and to beaches are our favorites.
Inherited Features
I have equal inherited features from both my mom and my dad. But many people say that I look mostly like my mom. My blonde hair comes from my mom. Right now my hair is not very curly, but it will turn curlier though because my mom’s hair is curly. My height comes from my dad’s side. His entire family is on the tall side, and I am quite tall. But my blue eyes come from my mom’s side also. Yet my eyes are not completely blue like my mom’s are, for that reason I have some of my dad’s eye color also.
Outer Appearance
On my outer appearance I know that I like to wear fancy, and chic things to wear. These clothes come from multiple stores and other people often buy them for me. But I do like to shop for my clothes at American Eagle, H&M, Forever 21, DELiA*s and any other random stores. What else I like to wear is pearl necklaces and stud earrings. When I wash my hair I use Pantene Pro-V and also a peppermint shampoo that my mom has.
Inherited Traits
I know that I have a few inherited traits, but its nothing major—like a disease that has been past down from generation to generation. But I do know that my height has been past down since my grandma on my dad’s side. Additionally, my bad eyesight I could’ve gotten from either my mom’s or dad’s side. But I think that I got it from my dad’s side because he has worse eyesight than my mom does, and I have worse eyesight than my mom. My fair skin is absolutely arguable though. Both my mom and dad both have the same skin as I do, and it could go either way. Furthermore, my entire family is right handed—on both sides of the family—and so that is a trait that I got from both parents.
Social Behavior
On my outer body, I know that it is shown that I like to shop for clothes and I like clothes. But there are various things that I enjoy doing for being social. Volleyball is one of the sports that I like to do, and I do that with friends. Along with running. I really like to run—though I am not very good—it is still a favorite sport of mine. In order to use this ability I do cross-country for our school. Friends and family is a very, very important part of my life and it would be hard to live my life without any of them.
Taglents, Skills, and Abilities
Getting good grades in school is an ability of mine, that I am happy with. I m glad that I have the ability to get good grades and that it isn’t extremely difficult for me because I stay on top of my assignments. If I didn’t do this I would have a difficult time at school. Running is a talent of mine also. Running is hard for me to do, but it is something that I enjoy so that would be considered an ability or a talent of mine. Photography is something that I enjoy very much, and I think that would be considered a skill of mine. Along with this interior designing is something that is a skill of mine. At random times I will interior design my house and figure out what would look good where.
Future Plans
For my future plans I have no idea what the specifics are, but I do have a basic idea of what to do in my future. First of all I plan on going to college and get a good education. I have no idea where or what I want to go, but I do have a possible idea of what I want to go to school for. Interior designing ad architecture has always interested me, so that would be a definite possibility. Once I am out of college it would be great to get married . Along with that have some kids, or adopt them.
Eating Habits
Personally, I love to eat delicious foods. I love most foods, though I absolutely hate cauliflower. That is my most un-favorite food ever. But besides this, I like most foods. My favorites are Italian foods like, pizza, spaghetti, parmesan bread, and others. One other of my favorite food type is Chinese. The sesame chicken, egg rolls and wontons are oh so scrumptious. Besides these foods, my taste buds love the taste of ice cream. Any flavor will do, but I adore ice cream.
Fears and Pet Peeves
Fear is when you become afraid of something. I am afraid of being kidnapped. If I got into that sort of situation I would not know what to do with myself I would be so afraid. On the news you often hear of kids getting kidnapped and when you see that on television, you can only feel bad for the kid and the parents, and hope that it doesn’t happen to your own self. Another fear of mine is getting into a fatal car crash. The reason I fear this, is because I hate pain I probably even fear this also. And in a car accident you feel pain immediately when you get into an incident. Other than fears I also have some pet peeves. What I really have a pet peeve on, is when you are working on something on the computer and it is slow. Or when the computer dies on you and has a malfunction. This drives me crazy, and I’m sure others can agree with me on that subject matter. An additional pet peeve of mine is when you are walking somewhere and the person in front of you is walking slowly. This leaves you in an awkward situation with them walking slowly and you having no way of getting around them without being rude.
Favorites
When I think of favorites I usually think of my favorite color, number, holiday and so forth. Well, my favorite color is blue. Not just any old blue though... but a pretty kind of blue. This kind of blue is hard to explain because there are many similar blues to this exact hue, yet none of them are the exact blue that is my favorite. Another favorite thing of mine, is my favorite number. This number changes all the time. It used to be 17, which is why I put that number up there—because it was my first favorite number. But then it changed to 72, and then to 27, and many number in between. Currently though my favorite number is 14. I know though, that this will change in some time from now. There is no real way of saying why I chose those different numbers, but it’s probably just because I liked them! Christmas is another favorite of mine. During this holiday people are always so jolly, and everything makes me laugh because I am in such a happy mode. Family and friends gather together and have parties, and everyone gives and receives presents. All these things are my favorite things, and there are other favorite things of mine also, they just haven’t been mentioned
Emotions and Feelings
Things are always making me sad or angry, but I know for a fact that I have definite feelings about these to topics. For one, children from other foreign countries, that are off worse than us here in the United States, and yet happy. They are so innocent and so open and loving to others. Since they never knew any other life than what they are living in right now and they don’t have ads to show them something that they don’t have; then they are content with what they have. Obviously, they are not content if they are starving though, but that is something different than what I am referring to. One other idea that gives me mixed emotions is, fighting. What I really hate is when people fight , or even when animals fight. Depending on the situation I will either become sad or quite angry, and sometimes my emotions confuse me because of this.
Life Experiences
In my short life so far I have had many life experiences and I know as I grow older these experiences will grow to multiply what experiences I’ve already had. I have traveled to many places with my family, and have had a great time on all of them. We go skiing to different places in the states like Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Those are all the places we go in order to ski. And each of those places the views have been great and ever so beautiful. Along with being very memorable. Another constant sort of place we go is warm areas of the states like California and Florida. Each time we go to one of these places I remember all the great times we had there. Every time we travel we tour the area not like usual tourist. Instead we do random things, that usual travelers don’t do; it’s fantastic! I also have taken a trip without my family, in which I went to Mexico on a mission trip. And that I will remember forever! Lastly, a great experience I had that does not relate to travel at all, is when my nephew was born. My sister Jana(25) had Anders on September 25, 2009. He was the cutest baby, but the reason it was such an experience was because it was an over forty-eight hour labor! This was very suspenseful for everyone.
Conclusion
So in conclusion, this is the basics of my life. It’s unique from anyone else’s life, though there are some similarities that I have with other people to! And that is my personality…
