First Slide: My Family I have all my family that I see the most on this slide. I have an old picture of my brother and I because it represents our childhood together. There is a picture of my family because that is a family portrait we had to take years back. The two pictures of cats were the pets we had when we lived at our old house, but then we had to find a new home for them since we weren’t allowed to have pets at our new house. And then I have a picture of my grandparents because I see them a lot and they mean a lot to me too. Second Slide: Inherited Features I have a picture of a green eye because I have green eyes, originally blue, but they changed over time. I also have a ruler in the middle of the slide because of my height. The lastly I have a picture of a girl with blonde hair and then a arrow pointing at the hair because that explains that my hair is naturally blonde but then I dyed it light brown. Third Slide: Outer Appearance Firstly, I have a shampoo bottle of Aussie because that is the kind I use. I have the stores Zumiez and Wal-Mart because I shop at Zumiez and I get all my things that I need from Wal-Mart. I have a heart necklace because I love things with hearts on it and I used to have a heart necklace but then it broke. I have peace sign bracelets because I love peace signs and I love those kinds of bracelets from Zumiez. And I have a white rumor phone on the slide because that is the kind of phone I have. Fourth Slide: Inherited Traits I have my glasses on there because now I have to wear glasses all the time, like the rest of my family. There is an Allergy sign on the slide with a dash line through it because I don’t have any allergies. And a picture of a left hand because I am also left handed too. Fifth Slide: Talents, Skills, and Abilities I have a clarinet on there because I used to play that instrument in 5th grade. I have a girl doing a back bend on the slide because I can do the back bend, I can’t flip over, but I can do the bend. And I have a picture of a bunch of cheerleading moves because I did cheerleading for 3 years. Sixth Slide: My Eating Habits I have a picture of a McDonalds sign because from time to time we eat that. And I have a Moes sign because we eat that every other month. And I have a clock on the slide to represent what different times we eat at. Seventh Slide: Fears and Pet Peeves I have a picture of a cliff on there because I do not like heights or anything high related. And there is a picture of tranchulas because I really hate spiders, and if that ever happened to me what happened in the picture to that guy, I would freak out. Also there is a picture of a book called, “I Know Your Lying,” because I hate people that lie to me, especially when I know for a fact they are and they’re lying about lying. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves. Eighth Slide: Favorites There is a picture of Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas on there because at the moment I love two of their songs they wrote. There is a Christmas tree because I love Christmas and that is when my birthday is so I get to celebrate my birthday. There is a 25 because that’s my favorite number. And I sign that says Art Class because so far that is my favorite class. Ninth Slide: Emotions and Feelings I have a picture of a man screaming into a phone, and that represents that it makes me mad when people yell at me, especially when it isn’t my fault. And there is a picture of a baby crying because things like that make me sad, seeing people cry or dying just is sad to see. A picture of Abby and I is because I am having fun when I am with my friends. And lastly there is a picture of a little chubby boy from a video on YouTube, every time I see that video, it makes me laugh because it is so cute. Tenth Slide: Life Experiences I have a go kart on the slide because when I was little my brother, Justin, ran me over with my grandpas go kart. Most people don’t believe me and think it was impossible for me to get run over. But my family and I know it is real, because I lived it. There is a Gurnee Mills picture of their mall because last Spring Break I went there with my family for the first time. And lastly I have a karate trophy on there because when I was little I was in karate with my brother and when we did sparing we got medals, but I did so well that I got a trophy for beating everyone there. What I thought about this project? I liked this project. I think it was better than just doing the box. It seemed easier since we had the laptops too. And the writing part didn’t seem hard either. Out of all of it, it was a really fun thing to do. It was a little hard to find pictures for certain things but in the end it all worked out. I think it was simple that we had pictures on the Power Point and then had the writing explaining everything in the essay part of the project, it was more entertaining.
