For the family section in my PowerPoint, I added pictures of my family. One member in my family is my mom, Mary Anne who is 41 years old, and another is my dad, John who is 42 years old. I also have a younger brother, Brock. He is 11 years old and in 6th grade. Lastly, I have a dog named Cali, who is almost three years old and is a chocolate lab; she is about 75 pounds. In my PowerPoint I used a picture of my parents, one of my brother, one of my dog, and one of my parents, my brother, and me over the summer.
In the inherited features section, I used three pictures. One of my pictures is a picture of my eye; I used this because my eyes are blue, along with my parent’s and my brother’s eyes. I also used a picture of light brown hair because when my parents were both kids, they had light brown hair, and my brother also has about the same color hair as I do. Lastly I added my height—I will always be this tall because I am done growing—5 feet 3 inches. My mom is 5 feet 6 inches and my dad is 5 feet 10 inches—both medium sized. Although my parents are both on the short side, I may be even shorter.
For the outer appearance section, I added many pictures of my favorite brands and types of products I use. My favorite clothes brand is Hollister, so I included that in my presentation. I also really like Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, H&M, and Pink. My favorite shoes that I own are Uggs—the same ones as in the picture—so I used that as one picture. The shampoo that I use is Herbal Essences, and I really like the lip gloss brand of Soft Lips, so I also put those in my PowerPoint. Most of my favorite clothes brands and other brands are included in this section.
In the inherited traits section, I used three pictures describing things that describe me and that describe my parents. Along with everyone else in my family, my predominate hand is my right hand. No one—except for my grandparents—in my family have glasses, including me, so I took a picture of glasses and put a circle with an “x” to show that I don’t wear glasses or contacts. Another thing that I put in a circle with an “x” to show that I don’t have, is the word allergies. Most people in my family don’t have allergies, and neither do I.
For my social behavior section, I used three pictures that show what I do in my free time. One picture is my soccer picture because I like to play soccer with my friends. Another picture I put on there was a picture of our recent student council shirt; I used this because me, along with my friends, are active in student council. Lastly I put a picture if my iPod because I like to use it to talk to my friends. In my free time, I really like to hang out with my friends, and do things that involve them.
Under the talents, skills, and abilities, I used pictures that show success over my life. One picture is of a soccer trophy that shows that my team won first place in a tournament. I used a picture of a certificate from the Pewaukee VFW post. Recently, my friend Emma and I entered a contest where we had to write an essay, and ours were some of the winners—we had to go and read our essay in front of veterans and other winners and their families; that being the place where we got the certificate along with a check and a few other things. For the talents and skills section on that slide, I used a clip art picture of an art pallet and paint brush to show that I am creative, and enjoy drawing and all art.
I have a few plans that I hope to achieve when I am older; in my future plans section, I used pictures to show those plans. One of my plans is to graduate from a good college; in the PowerPoint, I showed an image of the UW Madison mascot, Bucky Badger, with a graduation hat on it to show that I want to go to a good college and graduate. Another picture I used was a heart with a wedding ring to show that I want to get married. Lastly I had a picture of a stick family to display that along with getting married, I also want to have a family.
In my eating habits section, I have some of my favorite foods, drinks, restaurants, and foods I don’t like. Some of my favorite foods are Mac and Cheese and Hershey’s Dark Chocolate. I also like the fast food restaurant Subway. My favorite drink is lemonade; the only soda I drink is Sprite. I put an “x” through a bottle of hot sauce because I don’t like spicy things at all. I also put an “x” through a tomato because I don’t like tomatoes either. There are pictures of most of my favorite pictures in this section.
In the fears and pet peeves, I put mostly pictures of what I am afraid of. I hate spiders, and am afraid of them, so I put a picture of a big spider on this slide. Another insect I’m afraid of are bees, so I added a picture of a bee in this section. One scary movie that I watched had a character named Samara, so I found a picture of this creepy character and added her to the slide. Snakes creep me out, so I included a picture of a huge snake. I’ve never liked storms, so I put a picture of a tornado on this slide. Lastly I hate and I am very afraid of clowns, so I put a picture of a clown that looks like one that was at a haunted house I went to in this section.
For the favorites section, I included pictures of some of my favorite things. One of my favorite singers is Taylor Swift, so I put a picture of her album on it. My favorite number, and my number for everything, is 32, so I included that on this slide. At the theme park, Six Flags, my favorite rollercoaster is the Raging Bull, so I found a picture of it and added it to my presentation. My favorite colors are hot pink, lime green, and bright blue so I made a design of these colors and put that in this section. Finally a few months ago my friends Jordan Blaser, Emma Jansen, and I went to the Justin Bieber concert. It was so fun, and we all got matching shirts. Since this was my favorite concert, I put a picture of the shirt we got on my favorites slide.
In the emotions and feelings section, I found pictures that I had that show different feelings. For “laugh” I put a picture of Emma wearing a Marty Gras mask on the slide. I used a picture of my dog and I for the “love” part. Finally I found a picture of Sarah and I jumping and used it to express “free.” My friends and I have had so many great times together that clearly express these feelings.
Under the life experiences section, I put pictures that show things that have happened to me over the course of my life. I was born in West Des Moines, Iowa—and lived there until I was four years old—so I circled the county that the city was in, and put it under this section. Last year during a basketball game, I broke my ankle and had to have surgery, so I put a picture of me right after I got my second cast. Until the end of third grade, I had a black lab named Sadie. Unfortunately she got very sick and we had to put her down, so I put a picture of her and me on this section.
I really enjoyed doing this project for a number of reasons. One thing I liked was taking pictures of my own and using them instead of cutting pictures out of a magazine. I also think that since we have laptops now, using the computers was a very good idea; I think it made the project a lot more interesting. This was a great project and I think that you should do it the same way for your classes next year.

Family
Family, those who will be there for you through thick and thin, and those who influence who you are today. My family consists of my mom, dad, sister Emily, my dog Misty, my cat Buddy, and of course, me. As a family we don’t really have any traditions but we do a lot of different activities together. Emily and I are both cheerleaders, which is why I have a picture of the two of us in our cheerleading uniforms on my PowerPoint. Every holiday we get together with all of our cousins and relatives, illustrating why I have a picture of all of the cousins – on my dad’s side – sitting together outside. We are a pretty close family which is something that I can say proudly because over half the families in the United States have divorced parents, something I couldn’t even imagine.

Inherited Features
When you look at someone you usually think, “wow who did she get those big blue eyes from?” or “how did her hair get so curly?” I look more like my mom than my dad and I inherited a lot of features from her. My hair is the same color hers was when she was my age and I have the natural curl she had. Another thing I inherited from my mom is tiny hands which is why I have an “x” through a man with big hands on my presentation. The one thing I have in common with my dad is my eyes. We both have blue-green eyes while the rest of my family has brownish eyes.

Outer Appearance
While I may look like my parents, I act and dress a lot different from them. My favorite stores are Abercrombie and Pac Sun; two places my parents obviously don’t shop. I love locket necklaces because I have one that represents TASS which stands for Taylor, Abby, Sarah, Summer. We also got purple streaks in our hair on New Year’s so I love my purple streak and heart locket because they represent our friendship. Garnier Fructis is the type of hair product I use and I wear a lot of lip-gloss. Last year for my birthday I got a huge pack of lip-gloss and could wear a different color and flavor every day.

Inherited Traits
I didn’t inherit a lot of traits from my parents because although we look alike, we are totally different. One of the few traits I inherited is that none of us have allergies, which is why I have a picture of allergy medication with an “x” through it. Another trait I inherited from them is we are all right handed. Most people are right handed and our whole family happens to be. I also inherited 20/20 eyesight from my mom, which is another thing I do not have in common with my dad – he needs glasses.

Social Behavior
I am a pretty social person and am in a lot of social activities with my friends. Dance is a major social activity I am in because all of my friends are in it with me or help run music for us when we need it. In the summer and early fall I am in cheerleading, which is a lot of fun because I get the chance to talk to people who I normally don’t talk to. The reason I have a picture of my cell phone is because I text a lot, well what teenage girl doesn’t? Every month I text my friends thousands of times, so it’s a good thing we have an unlimited plan. When springtime comes around, I play volleyball with my friends and we all practice together, even if we aren’t on the same team. For years I was in gymnastics and got a lot of injuries because of it. These injuries include spraining my ankles and my wrists more times than I can count, pulling tons of muscles, twisting something in my back, busting up my nose a few times, and breaking lots of fingers. Now I am one of the main tumblers on our cheerleading squad and I still go back for private lessons every so often to practice and get back in shape for cheer and dance.

Talents, Skills, and Abilities
Due to the fact that I am so talkative, it is kind of hard to believe that one of my major talents is good grades. I get all A’s and B’s and in 5th, 6th, and 7th grade I got nominated to be included in Who’s Who, a book naming some of the smartest kids in the nation, and those who manage to keep up good grade averages even though they are in advanced classes. Another talent I have is ice-skating. I live on Pewaukee Lake, so all winter I can ice-skate outside my house. Even though I can’t do axels and those type of things, I can stay up on my feet, leap, jump, and spin. Tumbling is another one of my talents and I love it. Flipping around is relaxing to me and even though I should be focusing on not landing on my face, it gives me time to think about life and all the other drama that comes with middle school. Gymnastics isn’t the only activity where I can totally zone out and think about things – dance also gives me the opportunity. Dance is a sport where I feel I can completely express myself. Getting to dance to some of my favorite music and being able to do all different types of dance, I can’t think of a better activity to just turn to and relax with.

Future Plans
Even though I should be starting to think about college and what I want to do with my life, I’m still undecided. I change my mind almost every day about what I want to do in the future. At the moment I really want to become a pediatrician because I love kids and being able to help them would be amazing. Although I am undecided about my career, I know that I want to graduate from college, but once again, I have no idea where I want to go. It would be a lot of fun to travel, but I kind of want to stay near home and my family. After graduating I want to get married and have two kids. Twins would be a lot of fun but they would also be a lot of work, so I think I’m going to stick to wanting a boy and a girl of different ages.

Eating Habits
I love to eat and am thankful that I have a fast metabolism or I would be like 500 pounds by now. My all time favorite restaurants are Noodles and Company and Olive Garden because I love pasta and Italian food. When I’m in the mood for something to drink I like to head to Starbucks to get an orange mango banana smoothie, which is my absolute favorite drink. Out of everything I eat, I hate spinach beyond words. I’m not exactly sure why I hate it so much, I just do, and I don’t think I’m the only one. Breakfast is my favorite time of day and pop tarts are my favorite thing to eat for breakfast or at any time of the day for that matter.

Fears and Pet Peeves
Overall I am a nice, happy person who doesn’t usually let things get to me, but there a few things that I cannot stand – drama being one of these things. In our school, there is a lot of drama everyday and I get sucked into it most of the time which is why I have a picture of the gossip girl cast on my PowerPoint. Even though I do get good grades, I am still self conscious about them and am afraid of getting bad ones and I absolutely hate it when people smack their gum. I fear spiders – always have, always will – because the thought of little things crawling up your walls and making webs, does not seem like something anyone would be interested in – me included.

Favorites
Music, actors, colors, or bands, everyone has their own opinion on which is their favorite. As shown on my PowerPoint, my favorite singer would have to be Justin Bieber. I saw him in concert in November, and he is even better live then when he is recorded. Although Justin Bieber is my favorite singer, All Time Low is my favorite band. Even though they aren’t that popular, they are still amazing and I love every one of their songs. I was going to see them in concert but I had my family’s Thanksgiving that night so I missed it. My favorite color changes almost every day and although I just finished redoing my room to look like a beach – with palm trees and surfboards and all – I am already planning on painting it to look like a purple Paris loft because as of today, purple is my favorite color. Taylor Lautner is for sure my favorite actor and not just because of his eight pack or because we share the same name. I love animals and sheep are one of my favorites.

Emotions and Feelings
My favorite things are a little strange but my emotions are quite the opposite. Just like every other girl in this school, my friends are the thing that make me happiest. Whenever I’m upset I know I can always turn to them to help me get through whatever is wrong and we always have each other’s back. We have millions of sleepovers, go shopping, and even dye our hair the same color, which makes it clear that nothing can tear us apart. I feel pretty lucky to have such great friends and to be able to do the things I do, but there are people across the globe who don’t have those opportunities which is one of the things that makes me upset – poor starving children. I feel bad whenever I hear about sick or starving kids on the news and feel like it’s partially my responsibility to help them out.

Life Experiences
Not only do I have great friends, but I have experienced some pretty great things, too. A few years ago my family and I packed our bags and headed off to Orlando, Florida. My sister and I expected to get a rental car or take a shuttle to our hotel. We never would have even imagined seeing our last name on a sheet of paper, held by a limo driver, who then escorted us out to the big stretch limo waiting for us outside. This limo was our source of transportation in Florida and when the day came to return to Wisconsin we got driven in yet another limo back to their airport. Stretch limos and chauffeurs are not the only unexpected things I have been a part of. Last summer I attended a varsity dance camp with the Pirate Dancers where I thought, “with all of these varsity pom’s teams, there is no way I will get a blue ribbon.” Boy was I wrong. At UDA I received two blue ribbons, one red ribbon, and five special recognition ribbons for winning drill downs against the whole camp – varsity girls included. After receiving my ribbons my family once again packed our bags, but this time headed off to Eagle River, Wisconsin. Eagle River is such a peaceful city, with all the rivers and wildlife, I couldn’t think of a better place to spend part of my summer vacation. While in Eagle River, we went canoeing, swimming, shopping, mini golfing, we also visited an petting zoo where we got to feed llamas and other unordinary animals, and of course we tested out the huge go-kart track. I now know that go-karting is not my thing, considering I crashed the car and drove a little too fast. The day I get my driver’s license I think the city of Pewaukee should be a little scared. And of course the birth of my little sister Emily was a life experience too. Although she is three years younger, she doesn’t act like it. She acts like she is the older one and talks to me and my friends like she is the one in charge.

Whether it be my looks, my family, my favorite things, or the things I got to experience, I live a life a little different from everyone else, and I’m happy about it. My friends and the activities I am in are a huge influence on who I am today and I wouldn’t replace any of them. The things I have done and the things I plan to do are two completely opposite things, for what I want to do with my life is constantly changing. I am looking forward to the future and the many things that will come my way because every second I spend planning out what I want to happen and how I want it to happen is a second of my life gone and a second that I can’t get back.

Personality Project


My Family

For starters there is a picture of the Simpson’s in my power point because it shows how many people and how many girls and boys are in the Van Hulle family. In my family there are five people and one pet. My dad’s name is Marty, my mom’s name is Chris, my older brothers name is Aaron and my younger sisters name is Kat. There is a picture of a blanket on a chair because in my family when a new baby is born my great grandma makes a blanket for them. Although there is a strange picture of a fish with big eyes, that is how my pet fish looks. Her name is Roxanne and she is about 1 year old.

Inherited Features

In the next slide on my power point there are pictures of a Hazel colored eye, a daughter and a father, and a nose. The hazel eye represents the eye color, which I inherited from my dad. A daughter and father shows that I got my height from my dad. I am actually only 5’4 now and he is 6’2, so I still have a lot of growing to do. Lastly the nose in my presentation shows that I have is a nose. Although I look more like my dad because of my skin color and hair, my face shape more resembles my mom. That is where I got my nose from.

Outer Appearance

Next up in my power point there are pictures of the grooming products I use, which brand name I like the most, and a piece of clothing I like the most. The first grooming product I use is a Revlon hair straightener because I like to wear my hair straight sometimes. Next comes the Sunbeam curler and it is in my presentation because I love wearing my hair curly. American Eagle is my favorite store and that is why the label is in my project. Lastly comes Abercrombie jeans because jeans are my favorite piece of clothing and Abercrombie is another one of my favorite stores.

Inherited Traits

Now comes the inherited traits that I have. The first picture shows that I don’t wear glasses anymore, even though I used to wear them. Next I included a picture of a girl sneezing in a field full of flowers. I actually get very bad allergies in the summer and spring, so that is why I used that picture. Also most of my family has allergies, which is kind of a down side to my inherited traits. Lastly there is a picture of a right hand, which symbolizes that I am right handed.

Social Behavior

Included in my social behavior slide there are pictures of my role model, the team sports I am in, and what my social activities are. My role model is Michael Jordan because I love the game of basketball and he is one of the biggest stars in basketball history. As you can tell I love basketball, and I play for 2 teams during the year. The other team sport I do is track, and in track I do long jump which is my favorite things to do. Lastly comes my social activities, which is the picture of popcorn and movie tickets. I have always loved going to see movies with my friends for as long as I can remember.

Talents, Skills, Abilities

One of my favorite things to do is read, there for I included a picture of books stacked up. Although I am not the best drawers, I really enjoy that as well. There is a picture of hands drawing to show that I like art and drawing. Lastly there is a picture of the outdoors because I love to do anything out doors, mainly jump on my trampoline during the summer.

Future Plans

Next up is what I have in mind for future plans. For college I really am wanting to go to school in Minnesota because I would like to get out of state, even though it is right next to Wisconsin. Although I am not 100 percent positive in what I want to do when I grow up, I look forward to trying to get into Minnesota for college. The picture of a father walking his daughter down the isle, is because I want to get married when I am older. The last photo is of two kids and this symbolizes that I want to have kids when I grow up and I am married.

Eating Habits

In the eating habits portion of this project I used pictures of thin crust pizza, cottage cheese, and Culver’s. The reason why I included thin crust pizza is because that is my favorite thing to eat. I personally think that thin crust with sausage is the best pizza ever. Next the picture of Culver’s is in my project because it is my favorite restaurant. Often I go to this restaurant with my basketball after games and we have a lot of fun. Lastly the picture of cottage cheese is in my project because I dislike this food the most. Just the way it looks grosses me out.

Fears and Pet Peeves

The next part of my project is what my fears and pet peeves are. The first photo is of a white cargo van. I added this picture because it is the one thing that I am very afraid of. Many people have different things that bother them, but the one thing that bothers me is when you are walking and the people in front of you are walking way to slow. That is the reason I have a photo of people walking. Next comes the picture of a grim reaper and that symbolizes what I worry about sometimes.

Favorites

Some of my favorites include holidays, my favorite color and my all time favorite artist. The first photograph is of a Christmas tree is because I love this holiday the most. This year my Christmas was fantastic as usual! Next comes a picture of Taylor Swift because she is my all time favorite artist. I have been listening to her for about 2 years now, and she keeps coming out with even more great music. The picture of a blue design speaks for itself, because I love the color blue.

Emotions and Feelings

I am usually a very happy person, and one of the things that makes me happy is my friends. That is why there is a picture of just some of my good friends. Next comes what makes me angry, which is fighting. I hate fighting with my friends, so I avoid as much trouble as possible. The photo of acting faces is in my presentation to show that drama within my friend groups makes me sad. Nobody likes to be involved with drama, but when it does happen it defiantly makes me sad.

Life Experiences

The final slide in my power point includes pictures of Florida, a pirate, and a basketball trophy. The basketball trophy is simply showing that I have one basketball trophies before. Even though there is only one picture of a trophy I have actually won about 13. Next comes the picture of Florida, which shows that it is one of the places I have traveled before. The last time I went to Florida I was only in second grade, but luckily this year I am going during spring break. The final picture on my slide show represents that I have won pirate pride awards for school. This is one of the things that I am most proud of for receiving awards.

All in all the personality project was very enjoyable and easy to complete. The pictures were also very simple to find and combine in with my power point. I also really liked how this project was done through technology. I would recommend this project for next year due to the following reason I had previously stated. One suggestion was to let people keep doing the projects online, because it obviously takes a lot shorter time period and if you have technology why not use it.

On my first slide I have two main pictures but my background is also part of My Family. Although many people don’t know this my family owns the 5 0 Clock Club, but if you do it made sense without me telling you. Also on that slide I have a chocolate lab because I have a chocolate lab as my pet obviously. Also the last picture is a random picture of a family with a mother, a father, a older brother and myself, and finally a cat even though I don’t have one it was meant to resemble my dog.

Inherited features was a very simple page for me because all of my family has brown hair and brown eyes ( even my dog =D ). So I had the picture of some dude with brown hair and brown eyes with arrows point to the head and eyes resembling my brown hair and brown eyes. Also I had a height which is obviously mine and how my family isn’t really that tall but we kind of are compared to others.

Outer Appearance took me a little time because I honestly don’t pay attention to what I put on for shampoo and stuff like that, but I managed to find the favorite products that I use. One of the pictures was a line of AXE spray which is the main spray I use. Another picture is a comb because I try and keep my hair nice and neat but it doesn’t work out that well sometimes. Lastly I had a picture of a phone which happened to be exactly the phone I own which is a Samsung Propel.

Inherited traits was also easy because two out of the three pictures on that slide all my family members have. In the bottom corner of that slide is a hand, although I’m not sure if it is possible to find out if its right or left with that it is a right hand because I’m right handed. Across from that picture on the bottom is a pair of glasses, as my sight and all my family members sight are extremely terrible. Above the glasses is a word crossed out which is “Allergies.” Luckily for me but not the rest of my family members I don’t have a single Allergy to my knowledge.

As for the next slide which happens to be my social behavior was extremely, extremely easy because its what I love to do and what I think is fun etc. So one of the pictures I put on there was a picture of an Angel paintball gun. Although I don’t own an Angel paintball gun because they sell for about 1.5grand I enjoy paintballing a lot. Right to the left of that picture is a Pirate helmet which is represented for that I play for the Pewaukee teams in all the sports I’m on the exception of Rec baseball because it technically isn’t Pewaukee. Underlining the title of the slide is the logo for Facebook. Facebook is a social device that happen to use to talk to all my friends, family and coordinate events with outside of school things.

Talents, Skills, and Abilities is the next slide including two things that I think I am fairly good at and something that I enjoy doing. The picture on the far right is a picture of “Alien Ware” which is a type of computer that is extremely exclusive but looks really cool. That would be the picture that I think I enjoy and I am not very good at stuff on it. Track and Field is the picture in the middle which is something that I both enjoy and am good at in my opinion. There are many events in track and field but the one that I am good at and enjoy is discus which I happened to take first in conference last year. The final picture is a math problem. Although not very hard obviously I think that I excel in math although not in the advanced because I didn’t choose to be.

On to the inside part of the project, which starts out with future plans. Some of the pictures aren’t very realistic but you never know what might happen. On the top right corner is a picture of Wal-Mart, which I hope isn’t really in my future plans because I don’t want to really work at Wal-Mart but Kurt Warner worked at Wal-Mart and then went to the NFL so you never know. Below that is a Hawaii college football helmet. That is the school that I would most enjoy getting a scholarship to mainly just because it’s warm there but I think that they have had a fairly decent team for past couple years. Taylor Swift is the last picture on my future plans slide. It may seem completely dumb but I would most definitely like to marry Taylor swift but it seems kind of dumb but she is good looking and it’s just a dream so it doesn’t have to be reachable.

Next comes eating habits which many people would think I would be very good at as many think I’m a little on the heavier side which doesn’t bother me at all though. But, the first picture on the in the top right corner is shakes. Even though there is four different types of shakes there the favorite out of those four would have to be strawberry because I very much like strawberry shakes. Another picture on their includes the 3 angus third pounders. My favorite out of the three would have to be the bacon one because everyone loves bacon. The final picture on that slide is Coke Cherry Zero, which is most likely my favorite type of soft drinks out there.

Third on the list of the inside section is Fears and Pet Peeves. Some of the pictures on here might be kind of disturbing mainly the Michael Jackson one because he certainly does scare me a lot on how much the man had to take to try and make himself look good. I still don’t think he looks like a normal person still looks like an alien. Another picture on that slide is the Lapiems Peak tower which is symbolizing my fear of heights. That fear all started when I was about 7 when I jumped out of a 20 foot tree house nearly onto a stake of wood sticking out of the ground. I honestly don’t know why I jumped out but it certainly freaked me out for the past 7 years. Lastly on that slide is a jug of OJ, which happens to be a pet peeve of mine. Most of my family members besides my mom all drink out of the cartoon of almost everything in our fridge which is kind of messed up but I do it also so it doesn’t really make sense but it just annoys me.

Third to last on that part of the list is Favorites. I couldn’t put down any sports because I had pictures of three main sports that I enjoy and like which was football, track and field, and wrestling which is coming up. So I decided to put a picture of a beach with the word Summer on it because Summer is most certainly my favorite season out of the four that we have here in Wisconsin. Another picture on that slide is an orange and a glass of orange juice because my favorite kind of healthy drink is orange juice which is amazing. The last picture on that slide is a box colored in purple and a box saying purple is amazing because purple is my favorite color most certainly. This has no relationship to the Minnesota Vikings because I still strongly dislike them.

Second to last is Emotions and feelings which I took a different way because the three pictures don’t make sense unless you have this description. On the far left is a picture of the Grim Reaper which has long represented death, and death is the one main thing that makes me extremely sad every time someone might die. On the far right is a picture of bed because who doesn’t love to sleep which makes me happy when I’ve had a long day at school and practice that I just want to lay down and go to sleep which is always a happy time of the day. The picture above the bed is the word family as sometimes they can make me go both ways happy and sad.

Lastly is Life Experiences, which include a trophy for wrestling because I’ve been wrestling sense 3rd grade so hopefully I would have several of them. Dropping down from that picture is the outline of Florida because my family went down to Florida as a vacation a couple years ago. Lastly on that slide is a discus and the words first in conference, which I happened to take last year during the track and field season throwing the discus 10 feet under the record of 113 feet.

Overall the project was a fun thing because I got to share some of the things that many people didn’t know about me but it was a fun experience and twist in F/CE class. I also enjoyed that Mrs. Keuhl tried to switch up some stuff within it which to me helped me a lot because it was fairly easy to do this and I would think it was a lot harder for the other kids that had to make that box with the pictures from all the magazines.

For our personality project the first slide is about my family. The first picture is a picture of a bible and the bible is there to say that our family goes to church every Sunday and Wednesday. Then the picture with a turkey on it is to prove that every Thanksgiving my dad’s family gets together. On slide two there are two pictures of two different dogs and it is to show that our family has two dogs. Those two puppies are our puppies the black and white one is the girl and the tan one is the boy.
Inherited features that I got from my parents or grandparents. First picture is a picture of Selena Gomez and I have her there to say I got brown hair from my father. The one next to it with the tall man and a short women is saying that I’m short and I got it from my mother’s side of the family. My eyes are green and that’s what the picture with the green eye is showing that I got my green eyes from my father’s side of the family.
For outer appearance that I have on the fourth slide are a red shampoo bottle. That is saying that I use Herbal Essences the red bottle is for long hair. The picture next to the shampoo is a turtle necklace with a pearl in it. That is for the turtle pearl necklace I got in Hawaii when I went there in October and how I wear it every day. The sign that says Wet Seal represents that I shop at Wet Seal and I wear some of their clothes.
Fifth slide is inherited traits and the first picture is a lot of hay and it is saying I’m allergic to hay and I got it from both of my parents. Then the picture of a person writing right handed is saying that I write right handed and got it from my two parents, so does my brother he is right handed. I have bad eye sight and that’s why I have a picture of a contact and that is saying I got bad eye sight from my dad and my brother has bad eye sight too and we all have contacts.
Social Behaviors I have are I love to play volleyball and that’s why I have a picture of someone playing volleyball. The picture of that mall is for I like to shop at the mall with friends and family. Then the game Sorry is the game I love to play with my family when we play games together. When we play Sorry it’s with my 3 brothers 2 sisters and step mom and dad.
Talents, skills, and abilities one I have is playing the piano, I got piano lessons with my brother and my dad is the one who wanted us to play the piano. The picture of the black horse is for one of my hobbies and it’s there because I love to ride horses when I have a chance to ride a horse. Math books are on this slide because I’m really good at math and it comes easy to me. Which it comes easy to my dad to he’s really good at math so when I need help he is there to help.
A student graduating is the first picture I have for my future plans because I want to graduate from college and get a job as a nurse. I want to deliver babies like my step mom does and I want to help like she does. Then the ring I have on this slide is saying I want to get married and have a big pretty wedding. Then the picture of the big family is saying I want to have a big family after I’m happily married.
Eating habits that I have are when I eat at noodles I love to get the Mac N Cheese with chicken on top of it. That’s what the first picture is of a plate of Mac N Cheese with chicken on top and that is why it is on my slide. Then the clock picture says 5:30 on it stands for that our family normally eats at 5:30 for dinner. The Apple Bee’s sign stands for that I love to eat at Apple Bee’s with my family after church.
My fears and pet peeves the first picture is of a broken heart and I have that up there because I don’t want to ever have a boyfriend cheat on me or break my heart. That’s what the broken heart stands for and the big crowd of people is because I don’t like talking in front of big crowds of people. Then the dead fish is there because I hate fish and it tastes really gross and slimy. But for some odd reason my family thinks I’m weird because I don’t eat fish.
My favorite things that I have on this slide is sing/actress, number, and holiday. For my favorite sing/actress I have Miley Cyrus because I like her music and she is a really good actress. 15 is my favorite number and that’s because I’ll be turning 15 in September. My favorite number chances depending on how old I am it’s normally a year older then I am. Christmas is my favorite holiday because I can give my friends and family and seeing how much they like their presents. Also because I can go to churches and help with giving food, clothes, and shampoo.
Emotions and feelings for this slide my first picture is of puppies and it’s because when I see any puppy they make me feel happy in side. “The Notebook” is what my second picture is because it is very sad and I always cry in this movie. Also my step mother Bobbie and step sister Hope always cry with me when we watch this movie together. Then the book “Dear John” gets me mad because the ending is not what I expected so I was mad at the book.
Life experiences that I have done the first picture I have on this slide is a picture of Taylor Lautner. I have this picture because I know him and I had diner once with his family and then we hung out together. The next picture is a picture of a wedding because I went to my dad and step moms wedding. Then the last picture is of a postcard with Hawaii’s name on it, that is because in October I went to Hawaii with my dad and step mom. That’s why I have those picture’s on the life experiences.
This project was really fun because I got to get pictures off the computer. It was really easy to find the pictures I was looking for. I would have the kids find more pictures next year because it would be really cool and you can learn more about the kids. But I would do this project next year because it is fun and I like doing this project. It was really cool and I can learn more about kids in my class so I would do it next year.
